Pillar of Fire is a wood-fired pizza truck in Owensboro run by chef Grace Shaffer. Handmade dough, Italian tomatoes, Biblical pizza names, and a loyal following at the farmers' market. The food was already speaking for itself. She wanted the photos to match.

We came in for one thing: high-end food photography. No social management, no ad campaigns. Just the best photos her menu has ever had.
