Norman McDonald's is a 60-year-old country drive-in in Philpot, Kentucky, the kind of place where everybody knows what to order and the line wraps around the building on a Friday night. When the owners were ready to take the brand beyond word-of-mouth, they needed a partner who could modernize without losing what made the place special.
M Squared came on to build a full identity system, a website, social media presence, photography, video, and ad campaigns that brought a new generation through the door. Every piece of marketing was built to feel like Norman's, not like an agency made it.
